Tonight's moon, a monthly calendar, and gentle practices for intention, journaling, and cycle awareness. A mindfulness and spiritual space — not a medical tool.
The moon takes about 29.5 days to move through all eight phases. Tonight it is 0% illuminated and roughly 28.9 days past the new moon. Use this as a gentle checkpoint for reflection, not as a fertility prediction.

What phase of your cycle mirrors the moon tonight? What do you notice?
These are optional spiritual and mindfulness practices. Use the ones that feel steadying, and skip the ones that don't.
At the dark moon, name one quality or habit you want to invite in. Keep it small and within your control.
At the full moon, look back at what surfaced. What are you grateful for? What are you ready to release?
Waxing moons: longer inhales to build energy. Waning moons: longer exhales to soften and let go.
If the two-week wait feels long, use the moon's slowness as a reminder that your body is not a clock.
Notice how your energy, mood, or symptoms show up at different moon phases. Curiosity, not diagnosis.
Each full moon, write three things your body did for you this month — especially the small ones.
A clear boundary. Everything in the Lunar Cycle Center is framed as mindfulness, traditional, or spiritual practice. It is not medical guidance and does not predict or improve fertility outcomes. For evidence-informed fertility information, visit our product and ingredient pages.
Lunar awareness is one way to stay connected to your body without turning every day into a number. Explore more mindful TTC practices in the Lunara app.
