Everything you need to know about ordering Lunara supplements and test kits during our preorder window.
All Lunara products are currently offered as preorders. We expect the first inventory shipment to arrive within 4–6 weeks of your order date. As soon as inventory lands, preorders are packed and shipped in the order they were received. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.
We offer standard shipping on all preorders. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. International shipping is not available during the preorder window. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
If manufacturing or freight delays push our arrival date beyond the original 4–6 week estimate, we will email you with an updated timeline and the reason for the delay. You can choose to keep your preorder active and hold your place in line, or cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
Your card is charged at checkout when you place the preorder. This secures your place in line and helps us accurately plan our first production run. If you cancel before shipment, your full purchase amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You can request a cancellation or shipping-address update by emailing hello@lunara.co with your order number. Because preorders are packed in arrival order, we cannot guarantee address changes once inventory begins shipping, but we'll do our best to accommodate updates received at least one week before the estimated ship date.
